Bill Payment Options

You can pay your Utility bill by phone using our automated telephone payment system. This system accepts MasterCard or Visa, or you may pay your bill using your checking or savings account.

Dial (833) 425-2099 to pay by phone. Please be sure to have your new Manatee County Utility account number and bank account or credit card available.

Please note that due to processing, payments at the following location will take 3-5 days to be credited to your account. 

Amscot now accepts Manatee County Utility payments.  Payments made prior to 2pm on business days will post the same business day.  Payments made after 2pm will post the next business day.  Amscot charges a convenience fee for using this service.  Amscot only accepts cash payments.
