Manatee County to host community meeting to discuss G.T. Bray Park Master Plan
Posted on 09/17/2018

The Manatee County Parks and Natural Resources Department will host a community meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 19, from 6-8 p.m. at the G.T. Bray Recreation Center to discuss facilities, growth and vision for the future of the County’s projected “master plan” for G.T. Bray Park.

Since approval of the Half-Cent Sales Tax, several projects have been approved and are currently in production, including the dog park expansion, new LED soccer/football field lighting, and a number of facility upgrades. This is your chance to join us and learn what your park system has to offer.

The G.T. Bray Recreation Center is located at 5502 33rd Avenue Drive West, Bradenton, FL 34209. If you cannot make the meeting, please complete a survey at http://bit.ly/GTBRAYPRK and tell us your thoughts about G.T. Bray Park. For more information on the Community Meeting, contact Matt Porter at [email protected] or (941) 742-5923, ext. 6005.
