Our division serves the citizens of Manatee County by providing County Departments with land surveying services in compliance with the Florida Administrative Code pursuant to Florida Statutes.

COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY CONTROL DATA

We work hard to provide an all-encompassing, interactive application of survey control data within the County. The application includes data on survey controls, flood maps, County aerials, Right-of-Way documents, and other useful information.

SURVEY CONTROL RECOVERY

To further enhance the quality of our data, Manatee County has developed a simple application for surveyors to report the recovery of existing controls.
